A Perfect Pair
Conceived in early December 2005 after a solo turn at The Osceola Tavern, Herschel & Nestor represent a simple medium by which the author may relate a series of neo-classical dialogues between opposing points of view.
Named after a pair of key characters in popular Christmas lore (one of Father Channakuah's deer and a certain long-eared ass), the duo enjoy pithy debates that often mirror the concerns faced by the modern public at large.
That each represents a minority of some prominence is not without some cause for alarm.
Enjoy.
